A New Carey Connect Initiative in Partnership with Regions Bank

At William Carey University, we believe preparing students for success extends far beyond the classroom.

That's why Carey Connect is proud to introduce Financial Foundations, a new financial literacy series presented in partnership with Regions Bank. This free program is designed to equip students with practical financial skills they'll use throughout college and long after graduation.

Through interactive, real-life scenarios and hands-on activities, Regions Bank professionals will help students build confidence in managing their finances. Topics include:

  • Building and maintaining good credit
  • Creating and managing a budget
  • Understanding loans and borrowing wisely
  • Making informed financial decisions
  • Exploring free financial tools and resources available through Regions Bank

Scholarship Opportunity

Students who attend all three fall sessions will be entered into a drawing for a $250 scholarship at the end of the semester.

This scholarship rewards students who commit to investing in their financial future while gaining valuable life skills that will benefit them throughout college and beyond.

Registration information will be available soon. We encourage families to remind their students to reserve these dates and take advantage of this exciting opportunity.

At Carey Connect, our goal is to support students not only in their academic journey but also in preparing them for life after graduation. Financial Foundations is one more way we're investing in student success.
