📬 Student Mail & Package Pickup at WCU
Sending your student a letter, card, or care package? Here’s what you need to know!
✉️ Mailing Address
Please address student mail using the following format:
Student Name (name listed on their WCU student ID)
William Carey University
710 William Carey Parkway
Hattiesburg, MS 39401
Letters:
Letters are kept securely in locked cabinets. Students can ask a staff member for assistance retrieving their mail.
📦 Packages:
Students must present their WCU student ID when picking up a package.
💡 Parent Tip: Be sure the name on the package or letter matches the name listed on your student’s WCU ID to help make pickup as smooth as possible!
Is this not going to cause issue with sorting? Why don’t they have PO Box addresses?
No ma'am, this does not cause issues with sorting. The policy has been changed since last year and has drastically improved the mail and package delivery for students. Letters are sorted and placed into a locked cabinet to...see more
